TGSlive — formerly known as Togslive — was built on a straightforward observation: the consulting industry's dominant model produces high-quality advisory and inconsistent implementation. Clients receive well-researched frameworks delivered by talented people who have never operated in the environments they are advising on.

We built TGSlive to be different in a specific, verifiable way. Every engagement is led by a practitioner who has held an operating role — P&L ownership, supply chain leadership, analytics director, CTO — in the sector they are advising. Seniority ranges from professionals with 25+ years of experience to high-calibre specialists who bring current, market-facing expertise. The combination gives us both depth and currency.

We formally integrated AI and advanced analytics into our delivery model in 2021 — using it first to improve our own work before offering it to clients. Today it is a natural part of how we think and what we deploy — not a separate service line, not a marketing narrative.
